About You:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SHEQ Manager to drive health and safety strategies across our multi-site company. You will be the expert voice, guiding and inspiring teams while implementing best practices. • Proven ability to influence and engage teams, promoting positive H&S behaviors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to secure buy-in from all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a successful track record in managing multiple projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• A true Champion for HSEQ, driving your agenda across the business.
• NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver health and safety strategies, ensuring company-wide best practices.
• Lead all day-to-day H&S matters, maintaining and improving HSEQ management systems.
• Provide expert health and safety advice and knowledge across the group.
• Adopt a continuous improvement methodology, proactively identifying opportunities for change.
• Manage insurance claims and third-party relationships.
• Develop policies, standards, and training to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Ensure business safety, health, and environment compliance (ISO, COSHH, LOLER, PUWER).
