Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a SHEQ Inspector (Construction / Geotechnical) in the Swansea area. The role involves providing SHEQ guidance across offices and sites, conducting risk assessments, audits, and training, and supporting ISO standards within a growing engineering and environmental team.

The successful candidate will hold a NEBOSH certificate, have ISO knowledge, and a full UK driving license, with hybrid working possibilities across the South of England and South Wales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Health and Safety position within a similar environment.
• NEBOSH certificate and knowledge of ISO standards
• Full UK Driving License

Responsibilities

• Provide SHEQ advice across office, site and field operations.
• Prepare and review risk assessments.
• Carry out internal audits, site inspections and SHEQ performance reviews.
• Provide inductions and training where applicable.
• Support relevant ISO standards.
