Job summary

OCU Group is seeking a SHEQ Graduate to support governance, risk and assurance across Borehamwood (with options for Manchester). You will help ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with ISO standards while working with cross‑functional teams.

In this two-year programme, you’ll develop practical experience in audits, policy development and data analysis, gaining exposure to management systems and performance reporting. A UK driving licence is required and progression is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant health, safety or environmental discipline with 2:2 or above.
• Full UK driving licence is essential before starting.
• Interest in governance, risk, compliance and continuous improvement helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support SHEQ governance across the organisation and maintain policies.
• Assist with internal audits, assurance reviews and compliance monitoring.
• Contribute to management system administration and KPI reporting.
• Analyse SHEQ performance data and help drive continual improvement.
