Job summary

OCU Group is seeking a Graduate Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor for the Midlands. You will support the SHEQ team to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards across diverse operations.

You'll gain exposure to audits, incident investigations, risk assessments and performance reporting while travelling to operational and project sites. The two-year Graduate Programme provides structured training and real responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Quality Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related with a minimum 2:2.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of SHEQ standards across diverse environments and promote a positive safety culture.
• Support audits and inspections, review procedures and monitor compliance with safety, environmental and quality management systems.
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations, risk assessments, site inspections and data analysis for performance reporting.
