Evolution (Electronic Security Systems) Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail‑oriented SHEQ Coordinator to support the development, implementation and maintenance of the group’s SHEQ management systems across the business. You will work with operational teams and management to ensure compliance, promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems.
• Experience with PQQs, tender submissions or supply chain accreditation schemes.
• Experience in fire and security, electrical, construction or engineering sectors.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience in a SHEQ, Health & Safety, Compliance or Administrative role.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the administration and maintenance of the company's health and safety management system.
• Support RAMS completion, review and distribution.
• Coordinate accident, incident and near-miss reporting, tracking and investigations.
• Maintain SHEQ records, registers and compliance documentation.
• Monitor and track corrective actions from audits, inspections and incidents.
• Support toolbox talks, safety briefings and employee communications.
• Coordinate SHEQ documentation, policies, procedures and training records.
• Assist with external audits and accreditation activities, including ISO standards.
• Monitor and track employee training requirements and certifications.
• Produce SHEQ reports, statistics and KPI data for management review.
• Assist with client PQQs, tender submissions and supply chain questionnaires (Achilles UVDB, SafeContractor, Constructionline, CHAS).
• Support onboarding of new subcontractors and suppliers, including collection of documentation.
• Maintain group accreditation and certification register, tracking expiry and renewals.
• Provide administrative support to the SHEQ team across UK and international territories.
