Job summary

AndersElite is recruiting a Health and Safety (SHEQ) Coordinator in Wigan on a major construction project, reporting to the Regional Head of SHEQ. You will provide coordination, administration and analytical support across Safety, Health, Environment and Quality activities.

This role supports project teams to embed effective SHEQ management, manage data reporting, KPIs and ensure compliance with standards. Flexible hours and benefits are offered within a 37.5 hour week.

Qualifications

• Ability to collect, analyse and evaluate large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
• Knowledge of SHEQ reporting practices and processes.
• Understanding of management systems and continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer key SHEQ activities across regional projects.
• Support implementation of the organisations SHEQ strategy and initiatives.
• Prepare regular SHEQ reports, dashboards and performance information.
• Assist with internal and external audits, inspections and assurance activities.
• Maintain accurate SHEQ records and reporting systems.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
