Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a SHEQ Advisor for a landmark UK infrastructure project in Leiston, Suffolk. You will own SHEQ performance on the Sizewell C programme, collaborating with stakeholders to develop procedures and ensure client KPIs are met.

The role offers progression to senior level with funded courses and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, pension contributions up to 20%, enhanced holiday days, paternity/maternity support and life insurance 8x

Qualifications

• Experience managing a health and safety function within construction, utilities or nuclear.
• Understanding of ISO45001 and ISO14001.
• NEBOSH Certificate.
• Commutable to Leiston, Suffolk or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SHEQ performance against client KPIs.
• Develop and enhance SHEQ procedures to exceed client expectations.
• Ensure SHEQ procedures and practice align with company standards.
• Support ISO45001 and ISO14001 compliance across the site.
• Monday-Friday, 5 days a week on site.
