Job summary

EDF Sizewell C is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to promote a proactive safety culture across construction activities at Sizewell C. You will provide practical health, safety, environment and quality guidance, conduct inspections, review risk assessments and support site teams in implementing controls.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, IOSH Managing Safely or Working Safely, a full UK driving licence, and strong report-writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• IOSH Managing Safely or IOSH Working Safely.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Managers and Professionals CITB Health & Safety Test.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive safety culture across all activities.
• Provide practical HSEQ guidance to managers and subcontractors.
• Undertake regular workplace inspections, safety tours and observations.
• Review risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
• Monitor compliance with project standards and site rules.
• Support environmental compliance and waste controls.
• Assist with audits and assurance reviews.
• Deliver toolbox talks and HSEQ campaigns.
• Maintain HSEQ records and weekly/monthly reporting.
