Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a SHEQ Advisor for a permanent role based in Antrim, with regular UK & Ireland site travel. You will drive site-based assurance, review RAMS, audits and ISO compliance across multiple live projects while collaborating with Project Managers and subcontractors to embed best practices.

The role offers a salary of 40,000–50,000 plus car allowance, autonomy, and ongoing development within a growing SHEQ function.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SHEQ/HSEQ role within construction, commercial fit-out, manufacturing or similar.

Responsibilities

• Site inspections, audits and compliance reviews across live projects.
• Review RAMS, construction phase plans and project SHEQ documentation.
• Support ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 compliance and internal audits.
• Produce reports, track corrective actions and support investigations.
• Regular site travel across the UK & Ireland (typically 1–2 days per week).
