Job summary

Catering in Leatherhead is seeking a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Advisor to support projects across London and the South East. You will help maintain high health and safety standards on-site and provide practical guidance to operational teams.

The role requires NEBOSH level certification or working towards it, strong organisation, good communication with stakeholders, and a valid UK driving licence. Salary up to £40,000 plus car allowance and benefits. Permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety roles within construction/refurbishment
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and audits
• Full UK driving licence is essential

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site visits and provide guidance to managers and teams
• Complete audits and inspections across projects
• Support accident investigations and identify improvements
• Keep up to date with relevant Health and Safety legislation
