Job summary

Our client is seeking a qualified SHEQ Advisor to join their safety team in Bristol. You will report to the Head of SHEQ, carry out site visits, and operate in a hybrid model from home and office to support multiple contracts.

The successful candidate will hold NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent and have experience in Mechanical & Electrical, Facilities Management, Construction or related environments, driving compliance, managing risk, and promoting a strong SHEQ culture across operations.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our client is an established maintenance service provider with an impressive and stable client portfolio. It is looking to hire a proven SHEQ Advisor in Bristol.

As the SHEQ Advisor you will report into the Head of SHEQ and work on a regional basis. You will carry out site visits, work from home and the office in true hybrid style. You will be responsible for supporting operations teams across a variety of contracts, working with clients, managers and engineers to drive compliance, manage risk and promote a positive SHEQ culture.

The successful SHEQ Advisor must have a proven track record in a similar role, hold the NEBOSH General Cert or equivalent and have worked within Mechanical & Electrical, Facilities Management, Construction, Engineering or related environments.
