Job summary

Ipsum is hiring a SHEQ Admin in Lingfield with hybrid working. You’ll support health, safety, environmental and quality processes, maintain records, manage incident reporting, and analyse performance data to support continuous improvement.

The role includes coordinating training, maintaining systems, and helping ensure compliance across the organisation. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience supporting SHEQ in a busy professional environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001 standards.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day SHEQ administration activities including training administration and reporting.
• Manage and analyse SHEQ data, producing dashboards and KPI reports for compliance and improvement.
• Be the first point of contact for SHEQ queries and incident reporting with accurate records.
• Support delivery of SHEQ training programmes and communications with stakeholders.
• Assist development and communication of SHEQ policies and procedures.
• Monitor audits, inspections and returns, identifying improvements and supporting the team.
