Salary: £16 - £20 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Full-time, Permanent

Are you a skilled Sheet Metal Worker with a passion for precision? We’re seeking a talented individual to be a key member of the companies Production Team. Based in Dorset, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.

The Role
Fabricating sheet metal components from detailed engineering drawings and tooling.
Using a wide variety of machines including Wheeling Jigs, Brake Press, Rollers, Stretch Formers, and Shrinkers.
Working with aluminium and steel, hand-forming double-curvature parts with precision.
Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and compliant with H&S standards.
Collaborating across departments to meet tight deadlines and support project delivery.
Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and materials.
Detail-oriented and methodical in your work.
Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
Adaptable, with a hands-on approach and a drive for quality.
