Job summary

Bromford Industries Limited is seeking a Sheet Metal Worker to join our Manufacturing Department. You will manufacture sheet metal components, read data cards and drawings, and set up machines to achieve required output levels.

Ideal candidates will have apprenticeship training and experience with sheet metal machinery, measuring tools, riveting, spot welding, bonding, and brazing. TIG welding is a plus. You will work in a structured team environment with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in aerospace sheet metal (preferred)
• Fully apprentice trained with relevant qualifications
• Ability to read data cards and engineering drawings
• Skilled with sheet metal machinery and measuring equipment

Responsibilities

• Manufacture sheet metal components in accordance with procedures.
• Read data cards and drawings to set up and operate machines.
• Set up machines with required workholding and tooling per procedures.
• Complete sheet metal operations efficiently to meet output targets.
• Carry out in-process inspection using measuring equipment and ensure conformance.
