So as a Sheet Metal Fabricator at Neway, what will you do?

• You'll measure and fabricate sheet metal cladding for pipework, vessels, and equipment
• Interpreting insulation drawings, fabrication patterns, and site specifications you'll make sure that customer expectations are met
• Working with aluminium, stainless steel, and galvanised steel you'll do what is needed in both hot and cold systems
• You will ensure accurate and quality-controlled fabrication and installation on-site
• Collaborating closely with our insulation teams you'll deliver seamless cladding standards
• You'll maintain safe working practice and comply with all site safety rules and procedures

And what are we looking for?

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Thermal Insulation Engineering
• Valid CCNSG Safety Passport or CSCS Card
• Proven experience in industrial sheet metal work and cladding in oil & gas, marine, energy, chemical, or similar sectors
• Experience and knowledge of the safe and efficient use of sheet metal equipment within a workshop environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts
• Experience working in time-sensitive environments such as shutdowns or turnarounds
• Flexibility to travel and work on different client sites across the UK

It will be great if you also have:

• Familiarity with insulation systems and materials
• Previous work on COMAH sites and/or within a workshop environment
