Job description

Platers required for a well known and respected company based in the Wigan area.

£17.12 per hour, with a wage rise expected soon.

40-hour basic week, 6am to 2pm, with optional overtime. All overtime paid at time and a half, double pay for Sundays.

These are full-time permanent positions.

Platers must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate fabrications.

Previous experience with heavy plate is required.

Must be able to use hand and electrical tools.

Experience with burning gear is essential.

Ability to tack jobs up for skilled welders is necessary.
