The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, with duties including operating laser cutting, press brake, spot welder and assembling sheet metal boxes; hours are Mon-Fri 06:00-15:00 with a 30-minute lunch, and the pay rate is £13.00 per hour, reviewed regularly to reward hard work.

Sheet Metal Production Operative

I am recruiting for my Client based in Birstall, WF17 for experienced Sheet Metal Production Operative to form part of their hardworking, close knit-team.

The role can be physically demanding and fast paced and does require someone ideally who has experience of working with sheet metal or a busy manufacturing environment.

This position is for someone who is seeking a long-term role and wants a career

General Duties:

• Operating the laser cutting machine, press brake, spot welder and assembling sheet metal boxes.

Joining a family business, you will form part of a busy team who genuinely care about their Employees and want people for the long-term.

The hourly rate will be £13.00, however this will be reviewed on a regular basis, to reward hard work!

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 0600 - 1500 (30 minute break for lunch)
