GAP Group are looking for an experienced administrator to join our SHE Risk & Compliance Team based in our Glasgow Head Office. This role will primarily involve the efficient and effective administration of GAP Group's Tracker/ Theft Recovery Solution systems, workplace incidents, insurance and other safety matters. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for will be involved in the production and document management of risk information and MI.

Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced administration role preferably within a health & safety or compliance environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Word
  • Proactive approach to workload and the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing customer requirements in a professional manner.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and react to change in a challenging and dynamic environment
