Job summary

Enerveo is seeking a proactive SHE Advisor to support site teams across the South Coast and London regions. You will deliver practical safety, health and environmental guidance, conduct audits, and help embed a robust safety culture in a dynamic highway electrical operation.

The role requires travel across sites, a strong presence on site, and the ability to challenge unsafe practices while maintaining compliance with legislation. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience applying SHE management in operational environments.
• Proven stakeholder engagement in SHE matters.
• Experience developing and improving SHE processes.
• Willingness to challenge unsafe conditions.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical SHE advice to on-site teams and managers.
• Carry out site visits, inspections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near misses.
• Develop risk assessments and method statements for operations.
• Collaborate with regional SHE team and operations.
• Maintain SHE records and produce management reports.
