Job summary

Vistry Group is seeking a proactive Safety, Health & Environment Advisor to support the Wiltshire region across construction sites. You’ll drive CDM compliance, promote a positive SHE culture and implement the ActivSHEQ system with site teams.

You’ll bring NEBOSH Construction or an equivalent diploma, solid experience in residential construction or Tier 1 contracting, and be a member of a professional body. A strong field presence and collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

Must hold NEBOSH Construction or equivalent diploma.
Experience in the construction industry.
Experience in a Safety Advisor role within Residential Construction or Tier 1 Contracting.
Member of a Professional Body, progressing to Chartered status.

Responsibilities

Identify roles and responsibilities under CDM Regulations for each project and align with Business/Site Managers.
Facilitate implementation of SHE policies to reduce risk and promote a positive SHE culture.
Drive and promote ActivSHEQ database at site level and input required data.
Support line management in implementing Group SHE Standards and reporting on site SHE compliance.
