Job summary
ProGroup Recruitment is seeking an experienced SHE Advisor for a site-based role in the Southwest with travel to London and the Northeast. You will promote a safe working culture and support operational teams across projects.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in SHE/HSE advisory, construction auditing experience, and a strong grasp of UK health and safety legislation. A valid UK driving licence is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar SHE / HSE / Health & Safety Advisor role
- Construction industry experience - Auditing
- Experience carrying out audits and investigations
- Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
- Full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities
- Conduct site audits and inspections predominately in the SW but travel to London and NE
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training
- Coach and mentor operational teams
