Job summary

Constant Recruitment Ltd in the UK is seeking a SharePoint Consultant (Junior / Mid-Level) to join a Microsoft-focused consultancy. This fully remote role offers exposure to real client projects and hands-on delivery of SharePoint and 365 solutions, not just support.

You will work with senior colleagues to understand how clients use SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, contribute to design, automation with Power Automate, migrations, and documentation, while developing consultancy skills and security

Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding how businesses use collaboration tools.
• Interest in delivering solutions beyond pure support.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Work with clients to understand how they use SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Assist with design, implementation and documentation of collaboration and document-management solutions.
• Help deliver intranet and workflow solutions and build automations with Power Automate.
• Support migrations from legacy or on-premise environments and ensure security/compliance best practices.
