Job summary

Public View, a BCN Group company, is seeking a SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions for diverse clients. You will translate business requirements into technical implementations, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable outcomes.

The role focuses on SPFx customization, web parts, Power Platform, and migrations, with emphasis on governance, security, and best practices aligned with BCN values.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering tailored SharePoint solutions.
• Working with small to enterprise clients to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Strong governance and security practices underpin success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365 based solutions with secure architecture.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyse business needs, translating them into technical specifications.
• Create and customise SharePoint components such as web parts, pages, lists, libraries, and forms.
• Design, plan, and execute SharePoint migrations, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to client operations.
• Maintain and support existing SharePoint environments, troubleshooting issues and optimising performance.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and customisations, providing technical guidance and training.
• Champions best practices in SharePoint development, security, and governance.
• Work within project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
