A SharePoint Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions for diverse clients, integrating with existing systems and ensuring high quality outcomes.

You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement robust SPFx solutions, and uphold BCN values of relationships, customer success, and passion

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering SharePoint solutions.
• Experience delivering tailored SharePoint solutions for small, medium and enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of SPFx, Power Platform and M365 services.
• Ability to gather requirements, translate into technical deliverables and provide governance guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft 365-based SharePoint solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather business needs and create technical specifications.
• Create and customise SharePoint components (web parts, pages, lists, libraries, forms).
• Plan migrations with data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Maintain and supportSharePoint environments, troubleshoot, and optimise performance.
• Document designs and configurations and provide end-user training.
