Job summary

Certain Advantage is seeking a SharePoint Developer for a 12-month contract role based in Peterborough. The position requires 3 days per week onsite with flexibility on the remaining days, working within the IT team to support and improve SharePoint solutions.

The successful candidate will have proven SharePoint development and administration experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a proactive mindset to continually enhance SharePoint services across the organisation.

SharePoint Developer

Certain Advantage are currently hiring for a SharePoint Developer on an initial 12-month contract basis.

The role is based in Peterborough and requires 3 days per week onsite, offering flexibility around the remaining days.

Working as part of the wider IT team and cross-regional Service Delivery function, you will act as the SharePoint Subject Matter Expert, providing both day-to-day support and driving improvements to business-critical SharePoint solutions and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SharePoint administration and technical support, resolving incidents and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage change requests and ensure the smooth operation of existing SharePoint environments.
• Support the development and enhancement of IT Service Management (ITSM) and project management tools built on SharePoint.
• Deliver SharePoint-based solutions to support wider business projects and process improvements.
• Work on the integration of business systems and tools into the SharePoint platform.
