Job Description

Experience: At least 6-8 years of professional experience

Essential:

• Provide solutions for process improvement requirements of clients, primarily based on Microsoft Power Platform technologies
• Create and maintain SharePoint architecture standards and frameworks, addressing client questions and concerns
• Design baseline SharePoint information architecture (manage metadata term store taxonomy and content type definitions)
• Act as a subject matter expert in Automation platforms
• Establish and manage governance of automation platforms
• Participate in project activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation of business/functional procedures
• Develop process flows, forms, server setup, and configuration, sharing knowledge with in-house developers
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements
• Participate in presales activities, including creating proof of concepts and related development activities
• Conduct regular training sessions and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• SharePoint: Strong SharePoint Online development experience (analysis, design, deployment), PowerShell scripting, PnP Modern UI
• Power Platform: Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, connecting to Azure data sources, Power BI, and Power Automate for desktop; exposure to Azure DevOps
• Other Skills: Ability to understand business processes and translate into workflows/automation; experience with C#, MVC, Visual Studio, SQL Server; Agile mindset; ownership and accountability; financial domain and consulting experience; SharePoint Framework (SPFx), governance, Python programming, testing procedures, JIRA, knowledge of Salesforce or Dynamics CRM (advantage)
