Job summary

LanceSoft UK is seeking a hybrid ITSM/SharePoint specialist in Peterborough for a 12-month contract. You will support SharePoint environments, resolve issues, and lead process-improvement projects integrated with ITSM tools. Collaboration with business teams will be essential.

The role emphasizes learning, continuous improvement, and hands-on SharePoint administration, with 3 days on-site per week in Peterborough.

Qualifications

• Power BI at an intermediate level is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, resolve issues, handle change requests, troubleshoot and act as SharePoint administrator.
• Lead projects to improve ITSM and project management tools via SharePoint, and support business projects using SharePoint solutions.

There's 2 major components to this role:

1. support; resolve isssues, handle change requests, troubleshooting, sharepoint admin
2. projects: improving ITSM and project management tools (handled via sharepoint) and working on integration of these into sharepoint (process improvement) as well as supporting business projects based on SharePoint solutions
