Durham County Council is seeking a Registered Manager for the Shared Lives Service within County Durham Care & Support. You will lead day-to-day operations, develop the team, and ensure high-quality support for adults and young people in a family-based setting.

As an inspiring leader you will recruit and develop Shared Lives Providers, drive quality improvement, and maintain compliance with policies and procedures in line with CQC standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional qualification in Care and Management.
• Good understanding of Adult Social Care legislation and standards.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the Shared Lives service ensuring high-quality support.
• Develop providers, monitor placements, and coordinate training.
• Promote rights and ensure care is person-centred and safe.
• Drive recruitment and development of Shared Lives Providers.
