South Ayrshire Council seeks a dynamic individual for a shared headship role at Minishant and Crosshill Primary Schools. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a proven track record in school leadership and improving outcomes for children. The successful candidate will lead both Minishant and Crosshill primaries as a shared headship. Both schools are non-denominational, situated in the North Carrick area, with Minishant Primary having approximately 20 pupils and Crosshill Primary around 45 pupils, including the Early Years Centre. Both are part of the Carrick Academy cluster and foster a culture of ambition, high expectations, and achievement for all children.

Interviews and assessment are scheduled for 28/05/2025. The post is graded DHT/HT - Point 4, with a frontline work style. The position is split between Crosshill and Minishant Primary schools.
