Job summary

Loaf is seeking a customer-focused showroom assistant to join our team in the West of England. You will help customers with product knowledge, process orders, and provide delivery and fit guidance while upholding the Loaf brand standards.

We value independence, attention to detail and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment. Training will cover brand guidelines and showroom procedures; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer facing roles.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Flexible to cover multiple showroom locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful, brand-aligned service to customers.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, and fitting product advice.
• Recommend upsell opportunities to boost store performance.
• Maintain Loaf brand standards on the shop floor.
• Support housekeeping and safety in the showroom.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Flexibility to work across showrooms per opening hours.
