Job summary

Stirling Warrington Ltd in Banbury is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to uphold high safety standards across the site, drive sustainability and foster a strong continuous improvement culture.

You will maintain risk assessments, support ISO 45001/14001, lead incident investigations, audits and training, and engage colleagues at all levels to enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety systems.
• Good understanding of ISO 14001.
• Manufacturing or engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance.
• Manage incident reporting and investigate trends.
• Carry out audits, inspections and workplace assessments.
• Support ergonomics and PPE programmes.
• Monitor and close health, safety and environmental actions.
• Deliver health and safety training.
• Support emergency response planning and site drills.
• Promote continuous improvement and a positive safety culture.
