Job summary

LTM is seeking a Senior SFCC Business Analyst to design and deliver scalable eCommerce solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, with emphasis on PWA Kit and SFRA. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs.

With 7 to 11+ years of experience, you will mentor junior consultants, lead projects, and ensure quality across the SDLC while staying current with Salesforce Commerce Cloud advancements.

Qualifications

• 7 to 11+ years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with PWA Kit and SFRA.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SFCC projects featuring PWA Kit and SFRA.

Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 7 to 11+ years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud specializing in PWA Kit and SFRA to design and develop scalable eCommerce solutions

Job Description

• Design develop and maintain eCommerce solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with expertise in PWA Kit and Salesforce Reference Architecture SFRA.
• Configure and customize Business Manager features including content library asset slots promotions campaigns site preferences catalogues and product management.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components leveraging ISML templates JavaScript AJAX JSON SCSS and Bootstrap Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards quality gates and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eCommerce platform implementations and integrations.
• Stay updated with emerging Salesforce Commerce Cloud technologies and industry trends to enhance platform capabilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of complex Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects focusing on PWA Kit and SFRA frameworks
• Mentor and guide junior technical consultants and developers during all phases of the project including design development testing and deployment
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality maintainability and compliance with best practices
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
• Collaborate with QA UXUI and product teams to deliver seamless digital consumer experiences
• Provide post deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimize platform performance and user engagement
