Job summary

LTM Company in London, UK is seeking a Senior SFCC Business Analyst to design, develop, and lead eCommerce solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with PWA Kit and SFRA.

The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring best practices across the SDLC. Hybrid role with two onsite days weekly.

Qualifications

• 7 to 11+ years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud.
• Specialization in PWA Kit and SFRA.
• Mandatory skills in SFCC, Salesforce B2C Commerce, and business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain eCommerce solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with PWA Kit and SFRA.
• Configure and customize Business Manager features including content library, asset slots, promotions, campaigns, site preferences, catalogues, and product management.
• Develop frontend components using ISML templates, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, SCSS, and Bootstrap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality gates and best practices across the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to eCommerce platform implementations and integrations.
• Stay updated with Salesforce Commerce Cloud technologies and industry trends to enhance platform capabilities.
• Lead design and implementation of complex Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects focusing on PWA Kit and SFRA.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align project goals.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with QA, UX/UI, and product teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Job description

Salary: £47,500 - 75,500 per year
