Job description

The School-Aged Health Improvement and Prevention Service (SHIPS) will support the improvement in sexual health outcomes for children and young people (C&YP) across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough.

The post holder will be responsible for following up with Children and Young People who have had a positive STI test result, as well as supporting delivery as needed of the:

• Local C-card scheme (13-24 year olds), across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough.
• Education and preventative sexual health services, including targeted interventions.
