We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated leader within the Sexual Health/contraception specialty. The post holder will be a visible nurse leader and provide day-to-day line management of a team of Sexual Health Nurses with support from the Operations Manager and Clinical Lead. To be dual trained in Contraception and Sexual Health running nurse-led clinics.
To provide clinical nurse leadership for contraception, assessment, and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). To run independent LARC clinics including IUD/IUS.
In conjunction with the Operations Manager and Clinical Lead, to lead the implementation and delivery of the clinical service. To lead on fully integrating nursing teams and ensuring all staff are dual trained in Contraception and Sexual Health.
The post holder will provide clinical leadership for the nursing element of the service. To ensure that service provision is appropriate and sensitive to the needs of clients/users.
