Job summary

Grafters Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Sewing Machinist for a growing, forward-thinking business in Eastbourne. You will manufacture bespoke fabric products from samples, patterns, and technical drawings, working both independently and in a team to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.

Applicants should have experience operating industrial sewing machines, knowledge of fabric assembly, and the ability to interpret drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a range of industrial sewing machines.
• Good knowledge of fabric product assembly and construction.
• Experience with a variety of fabrics and materials.
• Ability to interpret samples, patterns and drawings.
• Understanding of sewing machine operations and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke fabric products from samples, patterns and drawings.
