Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Sewing Machinist in Wellington, Somerset, to learn on industrial sewing machines and support the production of finished products. You will follow patterns and instructions, develop workmanship, and gain confidence through on-the-job training.

The role offers full training, a 4-day working week with long weekends, and a friendly team environment. Shift is 07:00–17:00 with immediate starts for reliable, detail-focused learners.
