Job summary

Thrive Trowbridge is working with a client in the Frome area to recruit a Sewing Machinist on a temporary to permanent basis. The role is 35 hours per week with an 08:00 start and flexible hours to meet required hours.

You will operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture cushion covers, follow patterns and production instructions, and work with a team to meet daily targets while maintaining quality and a clean, safe workstation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an industrial Sewing Machinist.
• Experience sewing cushion covers, upholstery or soft furnishings preferred.
• Confident operating industrial sewing machines.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
