Starting from £89 per day (PAYE) dependent on experience and relevant qualifications

Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and welcoming team at a primary school in Wednesbury. This role involves working with students who have profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex needs, including physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and communication challenges.

Key Duties:

1. Provide tailored support to pupils with PMLD on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
2. Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for pupils.
3. Support pupils' communication needs.

Requirements:

• Experience working with SEND, specifically PMLD and severe learning difficulties.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
