Computershare UK is seeking a Settlements Supervisor to lead the Dealing Services settlements team in Bristol. The role focuses on the timely settlement of trades across global markets, with collaboration across Dealing Services, Operations, Governance and Technology, and with external brokers and custodians.
You will supervise day-to-day settlement activities, ensure accurate stock and cash movements, and support continuous process improvements in a changing industry.

We are looking for a Settlements Supervisor to join our Dealing Services team. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of trades across the global markets in which we operate, working to strict market deadlines and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will manage settlement activities throughout the trade lifecycle, working closely with teams across Dealing Services, Operations, Governance and Technology, as well as external brokers, custodians and market participants. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across multiple settlement processes while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on delivering operational excellence.
The Settlements Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Settlements team, ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of all purchase and sale transactions. The role monitors trade processes to ensure the accurate movement of stock and cash, while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
The role also supports the successful implementation of new products, services and processes within a robust control environment, ensuring adherence to regional regulations. Working closely with the team and key stakeholders, the Settlements Supervisor provides day-to-day guidance, supports departmental projects and drives operational excellence through effective workload management and continuous process improvement.
