Job summary

PT Renewables is recruiting a Settlements Manager in Oxford to lead a small team and shape how settlements operate during a period of MHHS transition. You will own registrations and settlements across multiple arrangements, ensuring accurate data, timely reporting and strong controls.

From the Oxford hybrid office, you’ll collaborate with Trading, Finance and Customer Operations to resolve exceptions and drive improvements as the portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in GB electricity settlements and registrations.
• Practical understanding of half-hourly and non-half-hourly settlements; MHHS knowledge.
• Experience investigating settlement, metering or registration exceptions with external agents.
• Strong Excel, reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain volume and cost movements to senior and non-technical colleagues.
• Leadership style with clear accountability and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the settlements and registrations team, setting priorities and ensuring delivery against deadlines.
• Manage electricity settlements across half-hourly, non-half-hourly and MHHS arrangements.
• Oversee MPAN lifecycle: connections, changes, appointments, disconnections.
• Reconcile consumption data with industry reports and financial records; investigate discrepancies.
• Identify revenue leakage and feed inputs for billing and month-end reporting.
• Lead operational readiness for MHHS migration and translate industry changes into processes.
• Manage relationships with metering agents and data service providers.
