You will drive process improvements, monitor risk and controls, and deliver management information to senior leadership, supporting strategic change and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily settlement operations, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage team workload, investigate and escalate exceptions, and report performance against SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, counterparties, custodians, and technology teams to drive resolution.
• Monitor operational risk and control effectiveness, escalating material issues as required.
• Prepare and present management information related to reconciliation and settlement performance.
