American Society of Civil Engineers in Warrington is seeking a Setting Out Engineer to lead setting out across civil projects. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant on-site experience and a good level of qualification.
On-site attendance is required, with a full UK driving licence and CSCS certification. You will verify survey data, compute elevations and positions, and liaise with engineering and site teams while supporting timely site mobilisation.
This challenging and exciting opportunity requires an individual with a good level of qualification, coupled with at least 1-3 years of relevant setting out experience from the civil engineering, construction, infrastructure or groundworks sectors. Attendance on site is required, so a full UK driving licence, all required certifications (CSCS etc) and the willingness to travel is essential.
Due to continued expansion and an abundant pipeline of works, our client is looking to appoint individuals who will be responsible for leading and managing all setting out aspects of various projects. The position will provide support to the engineering, project and site management teams to enable accurate setting out, accurate quantities of materials and plant required, quality checking and control of sub-contractors and timely site mobilisation.
