Job summary

Caval Limited is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a large warehouse development in Newport. The role focuses on setting out and QA duties, completing remaining foundations, and overseeing drainage and drainage-related works on site.

You will work independently on a long-term project with on-site parking and an immediate start. A CSCS card is preferred and you will liaise with the site team to ensure works are completed safely and to programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer
• Strong setting out and QA experience
• Experience with foundations and retaining walls
• Experience with deep drainage (3-5m) and manholes
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• CSCS card preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a warehouse development project in Newport. The role will involve setting out and QA duties, completing the remaining foundation works, deep drainage (3-5m), manholes, kerbing, retaining walls, and associated infrastructure works. We're looking for someone who is quick, sharp, and capable of working independently.
