East Sussex College Group seeks experienced trades professionals to join as sessional instructors at the Eastbourne campus. You will support learners by delivering practical sessions, prepping workshops, and guiding students to develop industry skills in construction trades.

We are seeking knowledgeable and motivated individuals from a range of construction trades to join our team on a sessional basis to support with cover and potentially ongoing opportunities. Working alongside teaching staff, you will support learners as they develop the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the construction industry.
You will assist in preparing workshops, setting up materials and equipment, maintaining a safe and organised learning environment, and providing hands-on coaching and support to students during practical sessions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industry experience who is interested in bringing their expertise into education and making a positive impact on learners' futures.
This is a sessional position, with flexible hours based on curriculum needs.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
College location: Based at our Eastbourne Campus.
