Job summary

Vacancy Filler in Doncaster is seeking a practical and proactive Sessional Maintenance Worker to provide responsive maintenance across our supported accommodation services.

You will carry out minor repairs, health and safety tasks, prepare vacant rooms for new residents, and undertake DIY tasks such as building flat-pack furniture and fitting shelves or notice boards, ensuring our buildings remain safe and well maintained.

About the Project

We are seeking a practical and proactive Sessional Maintenance Worker to provide responsive maintenance support across our supported accommodation services in Doncaster.

The role will involve carrying out minor repairs, completing health and safety tasks, preparing vacant rooms for new residents, DIY tasks such as building flat pack furniture and putting up shelves / notice boards and helping to ensure our buildings remain safe, compliant and well maintained.

The successful candidate will have good practical skills, be organised, able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering safe, high-quality accommodation for the people that we support.
