Job Description:

Here at Kingston College, we are seeking a Sessional Lecturer to join our Early Years and Education section. The role involves assessing and monitoring learners studying Level 1 through to T-Level, including delivery of EYFS, National Curriculum, and beyond in license to practice qualifications.

The courses are predominantly coursework-based; therefore, we seek an innovative practitioner to design engaging coursework assignments that inspire learners. You should have energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for education, hold a teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards one), and have excellent teaching skills with experience in higher education courses.

You should be capable of supporting, motivating, and empathising with young learners, monitoring their progress, and be aware of academic quality standards. Receptive to new ideas, with a creative approach to problem-solving, you should be hardworking, flexible, and hold high personal standards and expectations.

The successful candidate will be eligible for salary increases based on the annual cost of living review in the upcoming academic year.

The closing date for applications is 27th June 2025.
