Requirements
- If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
What you’ll be doing
- Serving and supporting customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, or petrol stations, and proactively offering help.
- Picking and selecting quality products for customers using our On-demand grocery service and assisting with Click & Collect parcels.
- Building knowledge about products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
- Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising.
- Working flexibly across the store as needed.
