Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect - Senior Manager to lead technical architecture and delivery for high-impact ServiceNow programs in London. The role emphasizes governance, mentorship and enterprise-scale solution design within a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.

You will work with ServiceNow product lines beyond ITSM, drive client value, and participate in robust training and certifications. The role requires senior-level leadership and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge and experience with ServiceNow development & technical architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as technical manager.
• Certified Technical Architect with ambition to become Certified Master Architect.
• Experience with 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
• Experience across ITSM and at least 3 product lines (ITOM/ITAM/HAM/SAM/SPM/HR/CSM).
• Ability to design governance, program and technical solutions and to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers in technical delivery.
• Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.

You Are:

• A senior Technical Architect with the ServiceNow Business Group you are an experienced innovator of solutions with ServiceNow.




• You can understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow.




• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.




• You are a continuous learner, taking advantage of new learning opportunities including willingness to undertake new certifications such as Certified Master Architect.

• Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Expert knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.




• Certified Technical Architect and ambition to do Certified Master Architect if not completed already




• Minimum of 5 years leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor by implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviews.




• Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications

• Experience of operating in a Technical Design Authority mode and demonstrable trusted advisor experience




• Ability to demonstrate advanced scripting and integration skills – JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services




• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (e.g AWS, Azure, GCP)

Nice to have:

• Cloud migration experience




• GenAI experience




• ITILv4 or equivalent Certified




• SC clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
