Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. This role involves leading the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards. The architect will work on connecting the client CSM portal with another portal and manage all data exchange between the two portals.

Key Responsibilities
